Hunters Creek Townhomes is a subdivision located in Raleigh, NC.  The subdivision was approved by Wake County in December of 1984.  Hunters Creek consists of 171 townhomes located near downtown Raleigh sitting on a little over 25 acres.

Hunters Creek consist of 2 different style of townhomes, Traditional and Colonial, all built in the mid 80s.  The subdivision is proudly managed by Sentry Management with an HOA Board of 5 voting members.
